Point Lobos

When I was a photography student at Porterville College, our class visited this exceptional spot on California's Highway. 1, south of Carmel. The trees are sculpted by the wind, and silouetted against the sea and sky. Edward Weston and Ansel Adams made some of their most famous images here.
